• Personalised ventilation made easy Lumis 150 VPAP ST is a noninvasive ventilator designed for non-dependent patients with obstructive or restrictive respiratory conditions. Featuring ResMed’s unique volume-assurance mode – iVAPS (intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support) – Lumis 150 VPAP ST maintains target alveolar ventilation to suit each patient’s changing needs. And with an intelligent Backup Rate (iBR) and optional AutoEPAP, iVAPS continuously monitors ventilation and the upper airway. The ventilator is easy to set up and use, and is supported by ResMed’s ResScan™ patient management software. Individually responsive with IntelligentAir IntelligentAir is a collection of ResMed technologies that can tailor therapy to individual breathing needs: iVAPS learns each patient’s unique alveolar ventilation, sets appropriate targets, then provides smooth pressure support to suit. intelligent Backup Rate (iBR)* gives patients maximum opportunity to trigger the ventilator. Staying out of the way until needed, iBR adds backup breaths to comfortably bring patients back to target. *Available in iVAPS and ST modes. AutoEPAP** maintains upper airway patency by auto-adjusting the expiratory pressure in response to partial and full obstructions. **Available in iVAPS mode. Vsync provides excellent patient–ventilator synchrony, even in the presence of significant leak. TiControl™ lets you set min and max limits on either side of the patient’s ideal inspiratory time to encourage spontaneous breathing. Trigger and cycle helps you optimise settings according to the patient’s condition, using five trigger and cycle sensitivity levels. QuickNav for low-touch therapy adjustment. By simply double-clicking the home button on the device, you can toggle between the Settings and Monitoring screens to change and check settings quickly and easily. Climate Control Auto for automatic humidification. When used with a HumidAir™ heated humidifier and ClimateLineAir™ heated tube, Lumis delivers humidification automatically – no settings to change and no complicated menus to navigate. Ramp and Ramp Down for extra comfort. Lumis offers…

  • The AirCurve™ 10 VAuto is an auto-adjusting bilevel machine that uses the comfort of both the AutoSet™ algorithm and Easy-Breathe waveform in its VAuto algorithm to treat patients with challenging obstructive sleep apnoea conditions who can benefit from greater pressure support. Description The AirCurve™ 10 VAuto is an auto-adjusting bilevel machine that uses the comfort of both the AutoSet™ algorithm and Easy-Breathe waveform in its VAuto algorithm to treat patients with challenging obstructive sleep apnoea conditions who can benefit from greater pressure support. The AirCurve 10 VAuto adjusts the baseline pressure to hold the airway open while maintaining a fixed pressure support Easy-Breathe technology The Easy-Breathe pressure waveform mimics the wave shape of normal breathing and replicates it for your breathing comfort. Climate Control With the new optional integrated humidifier, HumidAir, you can enjoy the benefits of humidification in one easy-to-use system. And when used with the ClimateLineAir™ heated tube, your device has been designed to automatically deliver the optimal temperature and humidity, for the ultimate comfort experience. Other features Continuous leak management enables reliable delivery of therapy pressure while maintaining patient-device synchrony. Compatible with up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen in S and CPAP mode and 4 L/min in VAuto mode. The built-in ambient light sensor adjusts to the brightness of the room. So if you need to get up during the night, the screen’s back light won’t disrupt your bed partner. The light also turns off automatically, so you can settle back to sleep

  • The AirCurveTM 10 CS PaceWaveTM is indicated to stabilise the ventilation of adult patients exhibiting central sleep apnoea (CSA) in all its forms. In CSA, normal breathing can be affected by reduced sensitivity to abnormal oxygen levels in the blood, leading to over-compensation in signals sent from the brain to the lungs to slow down (reduce tidal volumes) or speed up (increase tidal volumes) and breath rates and sizes. CSA is different to obstructive sleep apnoea, which is caused by a blockage in the upper airway. Your clinician will advise you if you have CSA. Some people have both types of sleep apnoea and this device will treat both. AirCurve 10 CS PaceWave is an adaptive servo-ventilator (ASV) with two modes: ASVAuto and ASV. The clinically proven PaceWave algorithm is available in the AirCurve 10 CS PaceWave device. ASVAuto Mode ASVAuto mode adapts to your ventilatory and upper airway stability needs on a breath-by-breath basis. By treating breathing disorders with auto-adjusting pressure support and upper airway obstruction with auto-adjusting expiratory positive airway pressure (EPAP), it rapidly stabilises respiration. ASV mode In the PaceWave ASV mode, the EPAP is manually adjusted by your clinician to set the optimal fixed EPAP to keep your airway open. Other Features Easy-Breathe pressure waveform mimics the wave shape of your normal breathing and replicates it for your breathing comfort. Continuous leak management enables reliable delivery of therapy pressure while maintaining patient-device synchrony. Climate Control comprises the optional HumidAir™ humidifier and the optional ClimateLineAir™ heated air tube and is designed to deliver constant, comfortable temperature and humidity.
