Co-Owner and Head of Operations
Having acquired first hand experience in sleep medicine at numerous sleep clinics as a sleep technician, Xander had the vision to found the company in 2009 to offer quality and knowledgeable patient-centric home CPAP care. Creating systems of continued patient care and staying abreast of the newest developments in sleep medicine is Xander’s primary focus passion.
Jaco Stockenström
Co-Owner and CFO
With his academic background in Economics and Business management combined with his experience as ‘n medical technician, Jaco brings a keen eye into the financial management of the company and is also pivitol in identifying new market segments and opportunities allowing expansion of the business.
Zelda Janse van Rensburg
Office Manager
Bringing with her decades of experience in office administration and implementation of systems, Zelda is truly one of the cornerstones of the company. Having been with the company for 9 years and counting, she is always a kind and familiar face (or voice) for clients when interacting with our Pretoria office
Marchant Fourie
Accounts Manager and Medical Scheme Liaison.
At 6″6′ Marchant is physically and metaphorically one of the biggest cogs in the machinery that makes up FCMedical. Marchant runs the business accounts like Swiss clockwork. Apart from his machine-like accounting skills, he has extensive experience in group dynamics and facilitation which makes him a fundamental element in balancing office dynamics.
Ben van Wyk
Customer Relations
Ben is a our oldest new addition to the FCMedical team. With 47 years experience in quality assurance, client relations and managerial skills he uses his experience and wisdom(age) to greatly contribute to our customer satisfaction and success of the company. Apart from his office skills, Ben is also a qualified paramedic assistant and certified underground rescue officer. Ben’s medical knowledge is not only theoretical but being a CPAP user himself, has a unique perspective into the needs of our patients.
Luzé Fouche
Product specialist and Sales (Bloemfontein)
Apart from being in the process of obtaining her Honors in Psychology at UFS, Luzé is also the head of our Bloemfontein operations. Her caring personality will immediately make you feel at ease when interacting with her at our Bloemfontein office.
