The ResFree R20 ST is a bi-level device designed for patients with respiratory insufficiency. It features S/T mode and a target tidal volume function, making it suitable for use in sleep labs for patients with sleep apnea and/or respiratory insufficiency.

Its precise target tidal volume algorithm calculates each breath’s tidal volume, compares it to the target value, and adjusts pressure support as needed to ensure the patient achieves the prescribed tidal volume.
